Schedule guest artist spots

If a visiting artist works at your studio for a stretch of time, record it as a guest spot so everyone knows who's in and when.

Add a guest spot

Open Guests and add a spot: pick the guest artist, set the start and end dates, and add a location or note. Spots are grouped into current, upcoming and past so the list stays easy to read.

Each spot has a status — planned, active, completed or cancelled — and its dates appear on your Calendar alongside appointments.

Guest artists

A travelling artist can belong to more than one studio with a single profile, and never gets automatic access to a host studio's client records. See Add artists, assistants and set roles.
