Add artists, assistants and set roles
Invite team members and understand what owners, artists and assistants can do.

Manage your team in Settings → Team (owner only).
Roles
- Owner — full access, including billing, team management and studio settings.
- Artist — their assigned requests, clients, projects, appointments, availability, photos, payments and messages.
- Assistant — bookings, clients, rescheduling, approved messages and payments. Assistants cannot change billing or security settings.
Seats
The number of artists you can add depends on your plan: Solo is for a single artist, Studio supports up to 5, and Pro is unlimited. See Pricing and plans.
Guest artists
A travelling artist can belong to more than one studio with a single profile, and has a different role per studio. They never get automatic access to a host studio's client records — access is always explicit. See Guests in the dashboard.
