How to reach a human, and what details speed up a resolution.

If the Help Centre and Kathy can't resolve your issue, you can reach a person.
You can start a support request directly from Kathy (the assistant button in the corner) — choose "Talk to a person" and she'll collect the details for you.
To get a fast resolution, include:
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened, and the exact error message if there was one.
- The page you were on, your device and browser.
- Whether the problem happens every time or just once.
Please don't include passwords, full payment-card numbers or other secrets in a support request — they're never needed.
