I can’t log in

Steps to recover access: password reset, email confirmation and common causes.

If you can't get into your account, work through these steps:

  1. Reset your password. Use the Forgot password link on the login page and follow the email you receive.
  2. Confirm your email. If you just registered, make sure you clicked the confirmation link — check your spam folder.
  3. Check the email address. Make sure you're using the same address you registered with.
  4. Try a different browser or an incognito window to rule out a stale session.
Never share your password with anyone — Tattivo and Kathy will never ask for it.
