Set up your studio profile and booking link

Your studio settings control how clients reach you and how dates and money are shown.

Where to find it

Open Settings → Studio. Studio-level changes can be made by the studio owner.

What you can set

• Studio name — shown to clients on your booking and confirmation pages.
• Booking URL — your public link, e.g. /book/your-studio. Use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. Share it in your Instagram bio.
• Timezone — appointments are stored in UTC and shown in your local time.
• Currency — used for quotes, deposits and client payments (any ISO currency, including zero-decimal currencies like JPY).
• Time and date format — 12h/24h and your preferred date layout.

Your subscription is billed in USD, but client payments are processed in your studio's own currency.

When you're happy, click Save Studio Settings.
