How the booking request pipeline works

Every enquiry from your booking link lands in Requests as a card you can work through.

The stages

New → Reviewing → Needs information → Quoted → Awaiting client → Awaiting deposit → Booked (requests can also be Declined or Expired.)

What you do

1. Review the request — references, placement, size, budget, and style.
2. Add notes and assign an artist.
3. Send a quote with a price (a range or a fixed amount) and a deposit.
4. Offer appointment times. The client receives a secure link to choose a time and pay.
5. When the deposit is paid, the request becomes a confirmed booking on your calendar.
