How the booking request pipeline works
Requests move from New through Quoted to Booked. Nothing is auto-priced or auto-approved.
Last updated 16 Jun 2026
Every enquiry from your booking link lands in Requests as a card you can work through.
The stages
New → Reviewing → Needs information → Quoted → Awaiting client → Awaiting deposit → Booked (requests can also be Declined or Expired.)
What you do
- Review the request — references, placement, size, budget, and style.
- Add notes and assign an artist.
- Send a quote with a price (a range or a fixed amount) and a deposit.
- Offer appointment times. The client receives a secure link to choose a time and pay.
- When the deposit is paid, the request becomes a confirmed booking on your calendar.
Tattivo never auto-approves or auto-prices a custom tattoo — you always set the price and confirm before a client sees it.
