Send a quote and take a deposit

Quoting turns an enquiry into a confirmed, paid booking.

1. Open the request and choose Quote. Set a price (range or fixed) and the deposit required.
2. Offer one or more appointment options.
3. The client gets a secure confirmation link — no account needed. They see your studio and tattoo summary, the quote, the deposit and deadline, your appointment options (in both their timezone and yours) and your policies.
4. The client picks a time, accepts your policies and pays the deposit. Payment can be online (card) or, if you prefer, you can record a cash or bank-transfer payment manually.
5. The slot is confirmed only once payment succeeds — a browser redirect alone is never treated as proof of payment.

If the deposit isn't paid before the deadline, the held slot is released automatically.
