Customize your automated messages

Edit the emails and texts Tattivo sends clients — quotes, reminders, confirmations and more — in your own words.

Last updated 12 Jul 2026

The automated messages Tattivo sends on your behalf — quote emails, appointment reminders, confirmations, review requests and more — can all be edited to sound like your studio.

Where to edit them

Open Settings → Messaging and find Message templates. Pick a template to edit its subject and wording.

Personalisation tags

Templates use tags that are filled in automatically for each client, such as {{client_name}}, {{studio_name}} and {{artist_name}}. Some also carry an action link, like the confirmation link on a quote. Keep the tags you need and the right details are inserted every time.

Good to know

  • Edits apply to future messages — nothing already sent changes.
  • You edit the plain wording; the nicely formatted email version is generated for you, so your changes always look consistent.
  • Leave a template untouched to keep Tattivo's sensible default.
