Client records, projects and photos

Each client has a profile gathering their contact details, tattoo projects, photos, consents, payments and history.

Last updated 12 Jul 2026

Every person you work with has a client profile in the Clients section, gathering everything about them in one place.

What's on a profile

  • Contact details, plus any medical notes or allergies to be aware of.
  • Tattoo projects — each piece of work, with its own status from enquiry through to completed.
  • Photos — reference images and session/healed photos in a private gallery.
  • Consents — which forms they've signed.
  • Payments — deposits and payments across their appointments.
  • Appointment history and any review feedback they left.

Adding and editing

You can add a client by hand (for a walk-in, say) or edit an existing one. Clients who come through a booking request are created for you automatically when a quote is accepted.

Reference and healed photos live in private storage and are only ever shown through short-lived secure links — see How your data is protected.
