Digital consent forms

Tattivo replaces paper consent folders with versioned digital forms.

Set up templates

Open Settings → Consent to create and manage consent templates for your studio. Templates are versioned, so you always know which version a client agreed to.

How clients sign

Forms support individual acknowledgements, a drawn signature, and guardian details where needed. Clients sign on their own phone, and completed consents are stored privately behind expiring secure links.

Tattoo consent and age requirements vary by country and region. Tattivo provides the tooling, but your studio is responsible for verifying the legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

You can require a signed consent form before appointments in Settings → Booking.
