Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Tattivo platform (“the Service”) provided by [Tattivo legal entity, e.g. Tattivo Ltd] (“Tattivo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Tattivo is a booking and studio-management platform for tattoo studios. It provides tools for taking enquiries, managing appointments and projects, collecting consent, sending messages, and handling deposits. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use of it.
- Studio accounts are for businesses and their staff. Clients using a studio’s public booking or consent forms do not need an account.
- You must be legally able to enter into these terms and to operate a tattoo business where required.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully, or to store or send unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to breach security, access other studios’ data, or disrupt the Service.
- Send messages to clients who have not agreed to receive them, or otherwise misuse the messaging features.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the Service except as permitted by law.
4. Your data & your clients’ data
You retain ownership of the content and data you and your clients put into the Service. As the studio, you are the data controller for your clients’ personal data; Tattivo processes it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use your clients’ data.
5. Payments & subscription
- Access to paid plans requires a subscription at the fees shown at sign-up. [Confirm your billing terms, trial, and renewal cadence].
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.
- Deposits and payments a studio collects from its clients are handled through Stripe and are a matter between the studio and its client; Tattivo is not a party to those transactions.
- We may change plan pricing on reasonable notice.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, and Anthropic). Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and we may suspend access where necessary to protect the Service or comply with the law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tattivo does not provide legal, medical, or health-and-safety advice; you are responsible for your studio’s compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tattivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction, e.g. England and Wales], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
